First timer post:

I ate at an Ethiopian restaurant this evening.

Le Nil Bleu

You eat with you hands (they provide you with hot towels) and it is usually a collective plate.

I like the communal aspect of eating from a shared plate.

We had vegetarian, you eat all the different foods with a special kind of bread.

I wasn't sure how to feel about the bread, it was kinda like sponge cake but not sweet, and the consistency with savory food was a little strange for me.

It was delicious all in all and very filling.

I've been wanting to try Wass Ethiopian here, but no one is adventurous enough to come with me :( Maybe I'll just have to go by myself.
